ComsX is the engine that delivers our stable, high quality Hosted PBX

Coms owns and operates a carrier class VoIP platform, which we refer to as ComsX.

ComsX has been designed from the ground up to deliver high quality VoIP services on a resilient platform that is hosted at Telecity, in London’s Docklands.

All key servers and services are backed by standby live replicating systems to ensure Coms.Net delivers a Carrier Class service.

ComsX includes an Ericsson Class 5 Telecoms switch that interconnects via private E1 circuits to Tier1 termination routes, so that a VoIP to PSTN call on Coms.Net only has one VoIP leg, the inbound leg, as all calls are terminated via TDM over E1’s to ensure we deliver consistent high quality calls.
