VCOMM to distribute Edgewater Networks, the US market leaders in VoIP streamlining equipment

VCOMM, the UK’s leading VoIP value added distributor, today announces a partnership with American company Edgewater Networks to distribute its streamlining solutions. Customers can enjoy increased VoIP security, call quality monitoring, traffic management and simplified setup and support, all from one box.

Edgewater Networks provides a range of solutions designed to benefit VoIP service providers as well as enterprises. Edgewater’s products can improve the security, reliability and quality of voice and video data when delivered over the internet. Service providers can use the unique management platform to monitor and update their clients’ account. Any problems are shown visually and can be solved simply, all from the same box.

Edgewater’s products can streamline any service provision, meaning customers only pay for one box.
